Xylem's Smith-Blair 923 Flange-Lock Flanged Coupling Adapter Sleeve allows pipe to completely pass through and join plain-end pipe to flanged valve or fitting. The coupling is rated to a 150 PSI working pressure in sizes 14" and larger and a 175 PSI working pressure in sizes 3" through 12".

Xylem's Smith-Blair 923 Flange-Lock Flanged Coupling Adapter Sleeve allows pipe to completely pass through and join plain-end pipe to flanged valve or fitting. The coupling is rated to a 150 PSI working pressure in sizes 14" and larger and a 175 PSI working pressure in sizes 3" through 12".

The coupling features a sleeve constructed from ASTM A36 A283 Gr. C or Carbon Steel having a minimum yield of 30,000 PSI. The flange meets AWWA C207 Class D specifications with ANSI 150 lb. drilling and a flat face design. The finish is Flexi-Coat Fusion-Bonded epoxy.

The coupling is available in sizes ranging from 3" through 48" with a working pressure up to 175 PSI for sizes 3"-12" and a working pressure of 150 PSI for 14" and larger.

Assembled joints into each follower gland through 12" allow for 5 degree deflection, providing flexibility during installation and operation. For larger sizes, deflection capabilities are 2 degrees for 14" through 24", 1.5 degrees for 18"-24", and 1 degree for 30"-48" sizes.
