Xylem’s Bell & Gossett hosted a three-day “Modern Hydronic Heating Systems” course exclusively for women, led by industry experts Mike Licastro and Taylor Goade. The course covered the fundamentals of designing and operating hydronic heating systems. Part of the renowned Little Red Schoolhouse program, it focuses on a systems-based teaching approach, and participants earned CEU or GBCI CE credits to support their professional growth.
