Webinar: What is ozone BAF and how can it benefit my treatment system?

In 2022 the National Water Research Institute (NWRI) published preliminary findings and recommendations on draft direct potable reuse (DPR) criteria for the California State Water Board. Included in those findings was a recommendation that an ozone and biological activated carbon (BAC) process be located prior to reverse osmosis (RO) processes to manage low molecular weight compounds and chemicals of emerging concern (CECs). It is expected that before December 31, 2023, the CA State board will adopt uniform water recycling criteria based on the NWRI findings report.

Join us for this educational webinar to learn how an integrated control platform of ozone-enhanced biologically active filtration (BAF) from a single interface can provide a significant water quality improvement specially designed for the given effluent requirements. In this presentation, we will discuss the process and its applications in water reuse providing data from multiple pilot studies performed throughout the US.
