These saddles are designed for tapping branch connections on existing lines, installing critical valves and equipment, or adding supports and hangers.

Working alongside distributors and operators in the field, we've engineered these service saddles to tackle the real challenges you face every day. From 6" to 48" nominal pipe sizes, both models accommodate PVC, carbon steel, stainless steel, ductile iron, asbestos cement, aluminum, and HDPE pipe, giving you the flexibility to work across diverse pipe materials without switching products.

Working pressure

  • 6"-12" sizes: Up to 250 psi
  • 14"-24" sizes: Up to 175 psi
  • 30"-48" sizes: Up to 80 psi


Material Construction

  • Carbon steel body per ASTM A283C with Flexi-Coat® fusion bonded epoxy finish
  • Carbon steel outlet per ASTM A105
  • Model 383: Carbon steel straps with Flexi-Coat® epoxy finish
  • Model 387: Type 304 stainless steel straps, studs, nuts, and washers
  • Fluoropolymer-coated nuts to prevent galling (Model 387)


Gasket Performance

  • Nitrile (Buna-N) gasket per ASTM D2000
  • Resists water, oil, natural gas, acids, alkalies, and most hydrocarbon fluids
  • Temperature range: -20°F to +180°F


Quality & Compliance

  • Certified to NSF/ANSI 61 and NSF/ANSI 372
  • Flexi-Coat® coating meets AWWA C213 requirements
  • Meets applicable AWWA C800 standards
  • All welds accomplished by qualified welders using GMAW process

The nitrile gaskets resist water, oil, natural gas, acids, alkalies, and hydrocarbon fluids while performing across temperatures from -20°F to +180°F.

Working pressures reach up to 250 psi for 6"-12" sizes, ensuring you can confidently specify these saddles for high-pressure applications.
