Sales Leader, Treatment

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (includes key and additional responsibilities)

• Lead development and drive effective execution of the Treatment growth strategy for the Turkish market.
• Act as a key leader of Turkey for Treatment sales – including coordination and collaboration with the Growth centers from HQ to make recommendations related to the Operating Plan and Budget, follow up on the actual sales and recommend actions as necessary to reach the sales targets.
• Lead and influence the team members to effectively integrate the growth strategies, incorporating vertical market insights and priorities into commercial plans.
• Selling products and services in the departments and regions where it is authorized for direct sales of Xylem products, creating and developing Key accounts
• Increase market share through implementation of the strategies in the region to achieve sales and establish a sustainable future business platform.
• Achieve target sales revenues, profit margins, increase market share and/or expense objectives in overall area and maintain a lean sustainable future. Including Account Receivables. Build up a healthy sales funnel and provide accurate forecasts for financial reporting.
• Submit accurate weekly, monthly report, sales forecast, and project follow-up list.
• Establish and nurture customer relationships (e.g. distributors, contractors, consultant) for the market, and influence key decision makers and influence specifications
• Track customers’ performance on a monthly basis, and update project reference list.
• Ensure full compliance to Xylem Code of Conduct and Delegation of Authority,
• Quickly respond to needs of customers and takes initiatives to create new business or expand market
• Provide assistance to co-employees and customers; works collaboratively with the team members to achieve team objectives
• Pull resources all over internally towards goal attainment
• Following the projects with the Dealer and Distributor
