If you are customer focused, have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team and happy to learn, then we may have a role for as a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator at our Mt Isa branch.

 

Your new role will see you:

  • Input all purchase orders into the system
  • Distribute mail and update all noticeboards with KPI statistics
  • Monitor and record stock delivery lead times
  • Receive and expedite parts and goods receipting
  • Process stock transfers
  • Process detailed reports
  • Pick orders/parts from the stores area and prepare products for dispatch
  • Complete daily administrative tasks within an autonomous capacity
  • Responding to emails and maintaining diaries in a timely manner
  • Process Service & Rental hire quotations, billing, invoicing and reporting

 

You will bring:

  • Warehouse and customer service experience
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Well-developed computer skills microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a group environment
  • Ability to maintain a neat and well organised work environment
  • Drivers Licence and Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain)
