As Global Product Manager for Biological Solutions, Todd leads the strategic development and management of Xylem's global biological treatment portfolio. Leveraging extensive experience in both project management and product management, he works closely with customers and industry stakeholders to advance sustainable wastewater treatment solutions that help utilities and industrial organizations improve performance, reliability, and environmental outcomes.

Prior to his current role, Todd held multiple positions across Xylem's treatment business, providing him with a broad understanding of customer challenges and operational requirements. Before joining Xylem, he spent more than eight years in the industrial wastewater sector as a Project Manager, leading projects focused on treatment system implementation and optimization.

Todd holds a Master of Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
