The J-Press® filter press is designed for rugged operation conditions in a variety of locations. Mounted on a specially built semi-trailer with all components including a built-in conveyor belt for material handling, the J-Press filter press is a completely self-contained mobile dewatering system. A trailer mounted Evoqua mobile dewatering system enables the contract dewaterer to better respond to client needs in a wide variety of liquids/solids separation applications. Explosion proof models are also available.
- Complete self-contained filtration system from feed pump through cake conveyance
- Operating pressures to 225 psi (16 bar)
- Cake chutes to direct discharge onto 42" wide conveyor.
- Conveyor deck is retractable under the press for transportation.
- Unit is supplied with compressor and complete control system
- Standard pump system is AOD.
