All of Evoqua's filter presses are installed with updated hydraulic systems. The system that is installed will depend on the size of the filter press. Evoqua offers 3 systems; J-Power® Mark V, modularized closure systems and the J-Press® air module. Additionally the J-Power Portable unit is designed to keep your dewatering process operating when usual hydraulics are under repair or service.

• Designed for new and to replace existing hydraulic systems on small filter presses typically sized from 320mm to 630mm.

• Air/Oil modules
• Designed for new and to replace existing hydraulic systems on small to medium filter presses typically sized from 630mm to 1000mm.

• Air/Oil modules
• Designed for new and to replace existing hydraulic systems on small to medium filter presses typically sized from 630mm to 1000mm.

• Electric hydraulic module
• Designed for new and to replace existing hydraulic systems on medium-sized to large filter presses typically sized from 1000mm – 2000 mm.

• Designed for new or to replace existing hydraulic systems on large custom filter presses typically sized from 1500mm – 2000mm.
• Specialized design to operate extensive automation on large sidebar, overhead, and MC presses. Handles multiple functions such as press, opening and closing, shifter operations and drip tray function.

• Primarily the J-Power® portable Hydraulic unit keeps your dewatering process up and running while your hydraulics are under repair.
