All courses are open to all direct and indirect customers as well as Xylem employees.

How do I apply for Xylem Learning Center’s courses?
Xylem customers should arrange and submit any course request through their local ASM (Area Sales Manager), who will take care of the enrollment.

How much is the cost of a course?
All the courses are free of charge.

Is competence in English required?
Yes, intermediate knowledge of English is required because each course is delivered in English. However since a technical person may be present from your local country office they may be able to provide language assistance.

What if I have questions about the data I need to submit?

What are the selection criteria for courses requiring minimum experience?
The assessment is based on your CV, reference letters and other relevant documents submitted in order to prove your level of knowledge and required experience.

How will I be informed about the final outcome of the application?
You will be sent a personal e-mail to the address you provide, containing information about the final outcome of the application.

I am not an EU citizen. Do I need a visa and permit to stay?
Yes. It is your responsibility to take care of all these issues. The Xylem Learning Center team will support students by providing an invitation letter and additional information when required.

Is hotel accommodation arranged by the Xylem Learning Center team?
While we are happy to assist with your logistics and bookings, these will be at your own expense.

Can you be flexible with course programs?
Yes, our customers can choose any mix of course content that is available at a specific location to tailor a course to their exact requirements.

Can you do off-site customer training?
We can design, develop and deliver tailored training courses at any location.

What is the dress code at the Xylem Learning Center?
Dress code is business casual.
