Xylem is committed to the highest standards of integrity and social responsibility across our global supply chain.  Our commitment to integrity and social responsibility extends to our diverse and worldwide business partner base.  We work across Xylem to build relationships with our business partners and to promote actions consistent with our core values of respect, responsibility, integrity and creativity.  Our goal is to ensure that our business partners provide a safe work environment, exercise good labor practices, use environmentally responsible manufacturing processes, and reduce the environmental impact of their operations.  

To ensure that business partners conduct business with a high degree of integrity and in a socially and environmentally responsible manner, all of Xylem’s suppliers are expected to adhere to the Business Partner Code of Conduct.
