Verónica García-Molina is senior director of high growth verticals at Xylem, where she leads strategy and market development for some of the company’s fastest-growing and most strategically important segments, with a focus on industrial wastewater. In this role, Veronica works across commercial, technical, and marketing teams to identify emerging opportunities and accelerate solutions that help customers improve sustainability, performance, and resilience.
With nearly 20 years of experience in the water sector, Verónica brings deep expertise spanning industrial water, desalination, energy, and municipal markets. Prior to joining Xylem, she spent close to two decades at DuPont Water Solutions (formerly Dow), where she led global marketing efforts for the Industrial Water, Desalination, and Energy sectors. Her career has been defined by strategic market leadership combined with strong technical grounding in water treatment processes, enabling her to translate complex technologies into scalable, customer-centered solutions.
Verónica has authored more than 20 technical publications and remains actively engaged in shaping the future of the sector as a Board Director of the International Desalination and Reuse Association (IDRA). In addition to her industry leadership, she supports global access to clean water through her ongoing collaboration with Tawang’a Education, helping bring safe water to the Eiti Masai Community in Kenya.
