The TFH 610, handheld hygro thermometer, is a robust and impact resistant field meter that will allow you to measure relative humidity and temperature simultaneously.  The hygro thermometer is highly accurate and comes with a factory calibration certificate.  The handheld hygro thermometer's large LCD shows both humidity and temperature readings at the same time.  You can choose to have the handheld hygro thermometers display either °C or °F.  In addition to having a battery charge indicator, the hygro thermometers have an automatic shutoff feature to preserve battery power. 

Alarm function
The TFH 610, handheld digital hygro thermometer is able to send a visible alarm when the humidity value is outside a desired range specified by you.  In this case an alarm bell symbol blinks on the hygro thermometer's screen.  The symbol continues to blink until you acknowledge the portable hygro thermometer's alarm.

What is a Hygro Thermometer
A hygro thermometer is an instrument that combines a hygrometer and a thermometer.  The hygrometer portion of the instrument is used to measure the moisture content of the air to determine its relative humidity.  The warmer the air is the more humidity it can absorb until it is saturated.  Relative humidity is the measurement of the saturation level relative to the current air temperature.  If the air has a given relative humidity and this air is heated, the hygrometer's relative humidity measurement will drop.  If, on the other hand, this air is cooled, the hygrometer's relative humidity value will rise.  The TFH 610, handheld hygro thermometer uses the thermometer portion of the instrument to make the air temperature measurement to determine the relative humidity of the air.
