Adan was onsite performing membrane exchange service at a major oil refinery in Northern California when a safety audit was conducted. An audit inspector approached Adan and asked what our team does, the importance of safety and the hazards of our job that day. The Auditor was thoroughly impressed with Adan's knowledge of the permitting process, LOTO procedure, and his Job Safety Analysis. A design-build project for a new microelectronics facility in Texas needed short-term water treatment assets to support start-up of the facility. The local Xylem AQUA pro service team quickly stepped up to support the installation of several mobile treatment assets, including a pre-treatment trailer, dual pass RO trailer, and a mobile ultrapure water system. Andy Anderson and Heath Sutton led the installation effort with the help of Adam Gonzales and Hector Cabuto, who will continue to service the site for the duration of the contract. The lead project manager of the design-build team was impressed by their dedication and willingness to work long hours and weekends to meet the tight deadline. “Your field service is top-notch,” said the lead PM. “Heath is a go-getter and gets stuff done. Andy has been working non-stop, around the clock, to complete the wiring and controls portion.
