HYPACK Technical Support is restricted to customers that are currently on the HYPACK Maintenance Plan. If your Maintenance Plan has expired you will be directed to the appropriate department to renew the HYPACK Maintenance Plan. To call for support the number is (860) 635-1500. This is usually the fastest way to request support. If you have a time sensitive issue, something that you need answered immediately, please call us.
To contact us please send an email to Help@hypack.com. This email will be spread amongst the department and entered automatically into a system that tracks the issues our customers are having.
If you are on the HYPACK webpage you can go to Customer – Technical Support and it will automatically direct you to the portal. The portal is our preferred method to submit a ticket. You can also bookmark the Port page: https://hypack.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/5 If you do not have a log in, please create one. All of your tickets you create or created on your behave will be visible to you when logged in.
If you call the office number outside of working hours (860) 635-1500 press 9 to be connected to the after hours voicemail. Please leave a detailed message with your name, company, phone number and a technician will get back with you as soon as one is available.
