Sandy leads Xylem’s global finance organization where she oversees the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax, corporate development and investor relations teams. In this role, she is focused on accelerating the company’s growth, furthering financial and operational discipline and advancing strategic priorities.
Sandy is passionate about solving water through customer-focused business models and financial innovation that delivers improved community outcomes. Sandy also continues to integrate sustainability into the Company’s financing strategies including linking the Company’s Sustainability targets with financing instruments and investing in underserved communities.

Sandy is a member of the Board of Directors and Audit and Human Resources Committees of industrial manufacturer Oshkosh Corporation. She serves on the Alumni Advisory Council for the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester and was a founder of the Harman Women’s Network. She now serves as executive sponsor of the Xylem Non-Native English Speakers and Allies Network.
