Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and commercial support for pre-bid and post-bid.
- Evaluate and analyze customer enquiries, assist in the selection of the appropriate equipment to meet the overall requirements, and prepare technical and commercial proposal.
- Continuous support to customers in matters related to products, pricing, technical letters etc.
- Prepare and submit quotations in a timely manner as per company policies, utilizing Xylem systems and tools.
- Liaise with customers, headquarters, factories, sales team, GC team to obtain sufficient information to enable completion of a compliant quotation and therefore to maximize opportunities to receive an order within the current market guidelines.
- Assist the order department with clarifications on product and technical information for orders and coordinate the terms and conditions for the sale.
- Tender evaluation, product selection and preparing documents for the bid submission
- Provide technical support for post-bid project execution
- Prepare detail engineering drawing, documents to support project submission
- Prepare Instruments hook up and installation drawings
- Train our representatives, customers and Xylem sales team on products and sales tools.
- Track performance as per set team KPIs.
