How to determine the direction of the fluid flow in the Jabsco Y-valve (model 45490-1000).
Jeff: Thanks for watching jabscotech.com. I'm Jeff Landers.
Mike: And I'm Mike Irving.
Jeff: And today we're going to talk about the direction of flow on our 45490 series Y-Valve.
Mike: Every once in a while, we got a customer calls up and they're confused which way the flow is going to go. Is it the way the arrow is or the handle. So?
Jeff: To answer the question, Mike, the flow follows the exposed arrow, so whichever arrow is exposed is the way the flow is going to go. The handle is just blocking off the side that it's pointing at.
Mike: That's an easy question. Hopefully it helped you out. I'm Mike Irving.
Jeff: I'm Jeff Lander.
Mike: Thanks a lot for watching this episode of jabscotech. There’s going to be more in the future, so stay tuned.
