XYLEM Water Solutions Kft. is looking for a new colleague for the following position:
Area Sales Manager Industry
- Improve Industry & Waster Water activity by increasing market share, exploring new profitable opportunities, outpacing competitors
- Support and actively co-operate with all channel partners (distributors, contractors, designers) in the designated territory
- Work closely together with other Xylem departments and support functions (TechSupport, Customer Service, Service) in order to provide maximum customer centricity
- Meet turnover and mark-up plans in Industry sales for his own geographic area, carry out associated marketing and sales work, monitor competitors.
- Promote Xylem wide range of products and solutions in the Industry sector, attend sector related events, conferences
- Measure performance of Sales in Industry segment, monitor market changes.
- Monitor, assess workflow and internal administration process in Industry sales activity, recommend changes to improve efficiency, induction and performance evaluation.
REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
- BA in Marketing, Sales, Business or Mechanical Engineer
- 5 years minimum as Sales Engineer in a B&B environment
- Working experience in Industry segment is an advantage
- Fluent in Hungarian & English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel 40%
- MS Office user-level knowledge
- Valid B driver’s license
- Be a self-starter with high motivation to achieve corporate and personal goals
- Proactively engaged in the development of his job, his department, the company
- Possess communication, presentation and interpersonal skills necessary to effectively service customer needs and achieve the sales company targeted
