XYLEM is looking for a new colleague for the following position:

                                   Order Handling Specialist

TASKS

•  Support for logistics processes
•  Issue and receipt of goods, handling of related documents and forms (delivery note, receipt ticket, letter of guarantee)
•  Maintain accurate inventory with accurate and immediate recording of material movements
•  inspecting, unloading and arranging incoming and outgoing goods at the storage location
•  participation in other work related to warehousing activities
•  tracking deliveries to customers, preparing invoices
•  contact with suppliers and customers
•  Obtaining proof of performance from customers for invoicing
•  Other tasks closely related to and possibly unrelated to your job
•  Preparing reports

REQUIRED SKILLS / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Forklift driver's license
• Communication level English (oral and written)
• iScala or other ERP system knowledge is advantage
• IT skills (MS Office)
• Customer-centric, supportive attitude
• Strong problem solving ability
• Good organizational and time management skills
