We are looking for an Application Software Engineer to join our development team that designs Xylem’s next generation service tool DST and the ecosystem around it.
Service tool DST supports and secures that our customers have a reliable inside and access to machines over their entire lifespan.
This role will require you to work closely together in a supporting cross functional team. In the team you will cooperate with Product Owners, Test Engineers, and other Software Engineers. The team is located at our Head Quarter in Sundbyberg with close cooperation with our manufacturing site in Emmaboda.
We use modern tools (e.g. Atlassian suite, Jenkins, JSON, Dockers, Artifactory etc) and agile methods (Scrum and Kanban) to create business value continuously. We ensure high quality, availability, and adaptability in our delivery.
We see you working as part of a cross functional team to develop and deliver our innovative Service tool features. This includes visiting customer sites and work in our lab to understand the requirements of upcoming features.
- Some years of experience in programming in C#
- Development experience with unit testing and static code analysis tools such as CPP check, PC Lint or similar
- Experience with working in git
- MSC level in Computer Science or equivalent level of knowledge
- Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
- Team lead experience is advantageous
