We recognize the mounting environmental challenges impacting humankind and the need to prepare the next generation of young talents to solve water issues. Under our 3 key program pillars – Innovation, Education & Community Involvement, many activities ranging from hackathons to the Incubator program, are held to enroll, ignite and nurture our NextGen Water Leaders.

Are you ready to Ignite?
An 8-week long competition exclusively held by Xylem, typically in spring, that challenges students globally from high schools and colleges with a problem statements in which they use problem solving, creativity and strategic thinking abilities to solve real-world water challenges.
The incubator provides mentorship and resources from Xylem to high school and college students that have an existing innovation or research project they would like to develop further.

Join Xylem's Hackathon to Solve Water, featuring webinars, prizes, mentorship and much more. Typically held in October, challenge yourselves with our unique water-related problem statements.
A program designed to enhance students’ knowledge on the water domain through inspiring virtual classes conducted by expert speakers from Xylem. Brief 10 – 15 min lectures delivered by expert speakers, mixing in motivational speaking.
