Overview
The following properties characterize the TW alpha plus:
- Stirring from below is possible with the built-in magnetic stirrer or from above with an optional rod stirrer (Propeller stirrer)
- Sample trays with 12 - 24 positions and five different titration heads in different dimensions and holes can be used.
- The titration heads and sample trays are easy and quick to change
- The size of the sample tray is set via the PC software.
- The usable sample vessels have a volume of 50 - 600 ml
- For rinsing the electrodes and titration tips, a rinsing pump (only 12- and 16-position sample trays) and / or up to three rinsing positions can be used.
- The calibration of a pH electrode can also be done on the sample changer.
Sample changer for piston burettes and automatic titrators
The number of samples to be processed is growing constantly while at the same time the demands on reliability are increasing in accordance with GLP and ISO 900X standards. The TW alpha plus changers helps you meet these increased requirements and relieve qualified employees from routine work.
The control of the sample changer is carried out via the software TitriSoft.
The sample tray with 16 positions is suitable for 150 ml beakers low form and 250 ml tall form. The 150 ml beakers are typical for water analysis with 100 ml sample volume. The membrane pump MP 25 allows the rinsing of the electrodes, titration tips and rod stirrer right after the titration. The MP 25 also allows the addition of water or other solvent before the titration.

TW alpha plus basic unit with integrated magnetic stirrer, incl. mains cable and connection cable for titrator/piston burette, rod stirrer TZ 1581, 230 V. With sample tray TZ 1459 for 16 samples incl. titration head TZ 1467 and 20 glass beakers 150 ml, tall form. With membrane pump MP 25.
