Xylem seeks to hire a PFEP Coordinator for our Morton Grove, IL facility. The PFEP Coordinator within AWS will be responsible for the development, sustainment, and continuous improvement of the PFEP program as it relates to the Morton Grove materials delivery system. This person will own the PFEP database and all translations between PFEP work efforts and LN, the Morton Grove System of record. 

Essential Duties/ Principal Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for Morton Grove facility’s PFEP database management as sole owner maintaining strict control, ensuring data integrity and facilitating adjustments in line with customer demand
  • Responsible for the adaptation of PFEP database logic into the LN ERP system
  • Takes a facility-wide view of supply chain planning processes and tools in order to assist in the coordination of efforts from multiple teams across functional groups
  • Leads efforts to gather and analyze data on facility demand (and demand variability) for each part required for production. Recommends inventory thresholds and replenishment levels
  • Work and communicate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams in order to apply PFEP program across the facility
  • Responsible for obtaining the subject matter expertise necessary to coach and mentor other stakeholders on the process principles and applications
  • Assist in pareto analysis and problem resolution for exceptions uncovered
  • Support and provide necessary data and analysis for all planned material supermarket activity
  • Assist the development of key process indicators to ensure PFEP process is in control. Support the improvement of on hand inventory levels and material turns 

Minimum Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification: 

  • BA Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Operations. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years of experience within Procurement
  • Demonstrated experience with end-to-end ERP system manipulation, LN a strong preference
  • Highly analytical, ability to concisely present large amounts of data

  • Shop/Job Site: Daily Exposure to warehouse/shop. Exposure to undesirable field elements at treatment plants or contractors site
