Xylem moves global headquarters to new location in Westchester County, N.Y.

RYE BROOK, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2013--
Xylem Inc. (NYSE:XYL), a leading global water technology company focused
on addressing the world’s most challenging water issues, announced that
it has relocated its corporate headquarters to a new space in Rye Brook,
keeping more than 100 jobs in the state of New York. The company has
signed a 10-year lease to rent the second and third floors at Reckson
Executive Park at 1 International Drive in Rye Brook, N.Y., 10573

staying in Westchester County,” said Xylem CEO and President Steve
Loranger. “This move represents Xylem’s commitment to growth and
innovation. Our new, expanded space is a modern, world-class
headquarters designed to encourage collaboration and training.”
The more than 67,000 square foot space has been renovated to reflect
Xylem’s business and brand identity. The building is on track to be LEED
certified in keeping with the company’s commitment to environmentally
sustainable business practices. Xylem, which was spun off from ITT
Corporation in 2011, has been headquartered since its launch in a 50,000
square foot space at 1133 Westchester Avenue in White Plains. Xylem
employs a total of approximately 800 people in New York; in addition to
its headquarters in Rye Brook, it maintains primary manufacturing and
administrative facilities in Cheektowaga, Seneca Falls and Auburn.
