Minncare HD is a peracetic acid solution developed specifically for use on hemodialysis reverse osmosis (RO) membranes and their associated distribution systems. Peracetic acid formulations were developed by Minntech Corporation (Medivators Inc., now known as STERIS) in 1976 and are currently being used in a wide variety of applications. The convenient MINNCARE HD Disinfection Kit allows the safe, easy disinfection of portable hemodialysis water systems. MINNCARE HD is the first chemical disinfectant to hold a FDA cleared claim for the disinfection of water purification systems for hemodialysis. Each premeasured bottle is specifically sized for portable RO disinfection, eliminating on-site calculations or dilutions. Each kit will enable the user to complete 6 disinfections and the kits are ground shippable via multiple shipment methods.

Biodegradable and Ease of Disposal
Minncare HD Disinfectant is biodegradable and will decompose into oxygen, water and acetic acid. It poses no threat to municipal waste treatment plants.*
