Tubesheets & headers: 316SS or steel
Tubes: 316SS, steel or admiralty tubes
Design Pressure and Temperature:
Tube side: 1000 psi and 850°F
Shell side: 1000 psi and 850°F
Applications:
For cooling chemical samples to permit handling for quantitative product analysis
Limitations:
No provision for thermal expansion
Shell side cannot be mechanically cleaned
