Xylem has completed the sale of the AC Fire Pump brand and its horizontal split case fire pump product lines.
As of July 1st, 2026, Xylem's AC Fire Pump brand and horizontal split case fire pump product lines have been acquired by Ruhrpumpen. Ruhrpumpen brings the focus and capabilities to strengthen AC Fire’s presence in the global fire market and expand opportunities for customers worldwide.

No, the AC Fire brand and split case pumps are being sold to Ruhrpumpen. Xylem will exit the inline and vertical turbine fire pump markets.
