The Smith-Blair 700 Flanged Spool is designed for joining flanged end pipe and fittings in water distribution systems. This versatile flanged spool serves multiple purposes, including the installation of pipeline appurtenances such as meters, sensors, and relief valves. Available in standard pipe sizes of 2 inches and larger, the 700 series flanged spool accommodates any flanged end pipe connection. 

The Smith-Blair 700 Flanged Spool is rated for working pressures of 175 PSI for 2-inch through 12-inch sizes and 150 PSI for 14-inch and larger sizes. The product is certified to NSF/ANSI 61 for contact with potable water and NSF/ANSI 372 for lead content compliance. Installation follows standard flanged connection procedures with appropriate gaskets and hardware (not supplied), referencing AWWA C604 for hardware and gasket guidelines and AWWA M11 Manual for torque specifications. Optional configurations include stainless steel construction, reducing configurations, higher pressure designs, and alternate outlet or flange arrangements to meet specific project requirements.
