Scott Moore

Sr. Director, Marketing, Transport, Water Infrastructure

As Senior Director of Marketing for Xylem's Transport business, Scott leads market research and product marketing for the Flygt and A-C Custom Pump brands. He is responsible for driving sustained above-market growth by increasing customer value and providing market-backed insights to inform portfolio strategy. His current focus is helping utilities and infrastructure operators address wastewater and stormwater challenges through innovative pumping solutions, digital technologies, and lifecycle service offerings.

Prior to joining Xylem, Scott was with McKinsey & Company, where he advised industrial clients on growth initiatives including market entry, services strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. He also directed the launch of McKinsey's geopolitics practice.

Scott holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.
