As Product Manager for AI Services within Xylem's Water Infrastructure business, Roody leads the development and commercialization of AI-powered digital solutions that transform connected asset data into actionable operational intelligence. She works across product, engineering, commercial, and service organizations to define strategy, build scalable AI-enabled offerings, and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. With a focus on responsible AI adoption, connectivity, and operational intelligence, Roody helps customers improve decision-making, optimize asset performance, and advance sustainability and operational efficiency goals. 

Prior to her current role, Roody held leadership positions spanning AI strategy, innovation management, digital services delivery, and new product development at Xylem. She has also led technology development initiatives in predictive maintenance, Industry 4.0, industrial IoT, and sensor technologies across multiple industries.
