	Patrick Decker President and Chief Executive Officer As a leader in the water industry, Decker serves on the Energy and Environment Committee for the Business Roundtable, and as a member of the Bipartisan Policy Center's Executive Council on Infrastructure, which is developing recommendations on initiatives to encourage additional private sector investment in infrastructure to promote economic growth.
	Tomas Brannemo Senior Vice President and President Transport and Treatment and President, Xylem Europe Gmbh Tomas is responsible for all aspects of global operations including strategy, sales and marketing, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain for the strong product-focused brands in these businesses.
	David Flinton Senior Vice President and President, Dewatering Dave is responsible for the global operations including strategy, brand marketing, product development, manufacturing, and supply chain.
	Jayanthi Iyengar Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation and Technology Officer Jayanthi is responsible for leading the Company’s global R&D, technology and innovation activities as well as evaluating the technological landscape and accelerating the Company’s customer-driven innovation agenda.
	Steven Leung Senior Vice President and President, Emerging Markets Steven is responsible for leading Xylem’s commercial operations across the emerging markets, including China, Greater Asia, India, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America, as well as Australia and New Zealand.
	Anthony Milando Senior Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Business Transformation Tony is responsible for driving operational excellence and process simplification across the organization.
	Ken Napolitano Senior Vice President and President, Americas Commercial Team and Applied Water Systems The Americas Commercial Team encompasses the sales and marketing strategy and execution for Xylem’s comprehensive portfolio of Applied Water, Dewatering, Transport and Treatment products and integrated solutions in North America and Latin America.
	Mark Rajkowski Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Reporting to Xylem President and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Decker, Mark will lead the Company's global finance organization.
	Colin R. Sabol Senior Vice President and President, Measurement & Control Solutions Colin is responsible for all aspects of global operations for these businesses, including strategy, marketing, sales, product development, supply chain and manufacturing.
	Kairus Tarapore Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer Kairus leads the development and execution of the Company’s human resources strategy in support of Xylem’s business goals and strategic priorities. Specifically, he oversees the areas of leadership and talent development, talent acquisition, performance management, HR technology strategy, and global compensation and rewards.
	Claudia S. Toussaint Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary Claudia is responsible for the legal, compliance and environmental, health & safety functions at Xylem.
