Robert Armacost

Director, Enterprise Solutions

As Director of Enterprise Solutions, Bob leads Xylem's relationships with strategic global customers and business partners, with a focus on the high-tech sector. He is responsible for helping customers advance their sustainability and operational goals through innovative water and cooling solutions while ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support.

Prior to joining Xylem, Bob was with GHD, a global engineering consultancy, where he founded the Americas digital solutions business and helped grow it to more than $100 million in annual revenue. He also held senior leadership positions at KPMG and Bain and Company, serving in consulting and knowledge management roles. Earlier in his career, Bob served in the U.S. Air Force, achieving the rank of Captain.

Bob holds a Master of Science degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern University.
